This policy explains what information PXDHost, a PXD company ("the Company"), collects from users and customers of pxdhost.net and its related services, how it is used, and what rights users have over that information, in accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

1. Information We Collect

• Registration details: full name, email address, phone number (optional), and password (stored only as a one-way encrypted hash — never in plain text).
• Order details: the selected plan or custom server configuration, estimated price, and order status.
• Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content.
• Technical data: IP address, and a technical session cookie (used only to keep you logged in — not for advertising or marketing tracking).

2. Why We Collect It

Information is used to manage customer accounts, process and track service orders, provide technical support, prevent abuse (e.g. rate-limiting signups from an IP address), and communicate with you about the service (such as order status updates or password resets).

3. Sharing With Third Parties

The Company does not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers acting on the Company's behalf, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service — for example, an email (SMTP) relay provider used to send system messages. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, or a competent authority.

4. Data Security

The site operates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored using one-way hashing (bcrypt) and cannot be reversed. Access to the admin panel and customer data is restricted to authorized staff only. Notwithstanding the above, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

Registration and order information is kept for as long as the account is active, and for a further period where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Password reset links are valid for 30 minutes only and are deleted after use or expiry.

6. Cookies

The site uses a single technical session cookie (PHPSESSID) solely to maintain your logged-in state. There are no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

7. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law, every user may review the personal information held about them, request its correction, and request its deletion (subject to any legal retention obligations). You can update your account details yourself via Account Settings, or contact us directly for any other request.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
