Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the pxdhost.net website and the shared hosting, VPS, dedicated server, and managed cloud computing services (the "Services") offered by PXDHost, a PXD company ("the Company", "we"). Browsing the site, creating an account, or submitting a service order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Services and Ordering

Submitting an order — whether a fixed plan or a custom configuration built with the calculator — is a request only. It does not constitute an automatic charge and does not provision a server immediately. Every request is manually reviewed and approved by a Company representative, who will follow up with final confirmation, payment instructions, and activation details before the Service actually begins.

The Company may decline any order for any reason, including infrastructure availability, suspected abuse, or non-compliance with these terms.

2. Registration and Account

Ordering Services requires creating a personal account. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity under their account. Notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized account use.

3. Payment and Billing

Prices shown on the site, including custom-configuration calculator results, are estimates only. The final offer — including exact pricing and payment method — is confirmed with a representative after order approval and before the Service begins. No Service is activated or billed without the customer's explicit agreement to the final price.

4. Acceptable Use

Using the Services for illegal activity, spam, denial-of-service attacks, hosting or distributing infringing or abusive content, or any use that harms the Company's infrastructure, other customers, or third parties is prohibited. The Company may suspend or terminate a Service that violates this section without refund, subject to applicable law.

5. Service Availability

The Company works to provide high availability and technical support but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, and events outside the Company's control may affect availability. Any specific Service Level Agreement (SLA), where applicable, is set out in a separate agreement with the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit, data, or revenue arising from use of the Services, to the extent permitted by law. Customers are advised to maintain independent backups of critical data.

7. Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation at any time by contacting support. Any applicable refund policy is set out in the specific agreement signed with the customer at order approval.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of the Central District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
